• All Weekly & Monthly Rates Must be Paid in Advance of Stay.
• No Refunds on Early Checkout for Weekly & Monthly Rates.
• Daily Reservations Must be Paid for in Full Before Date Is Reserved.
• Reservations Cancelled Without a 72 Hour Advance Notice Will Be Charged the Full Room Rate for Each Reserved Room to Their Credit Card.
